Solution to stains on plastic ties during production

During the production process of plastic ties, the bending angle of the equipment should not be increased too much, and the pressure should not be increased too much, otherwise it will damage the material ties and affect their service life.
If plastic ties are not well controlled during printing, it can cause pollutants to appear on the plastic ties. What are the causes of pollutants?.
In the process of plastic tie printing, the tie that appears on the same printing plate in the printed pattern part always follows a regular direction and is in the same position, even if the scraper moves left and right while the tie position remains unchanged. The reason for the occurrence of binding tape is due to the coarse particles in the ink pushing up the scraper blade during printing. Although the scraper blade moves left and right, it cannot drive the coarse particles, resulting in a fixed position binding tape fault on the printed product.
The most fundamental way to eliminate such faults is to filter the ink again. When filtering, it is recommended to use a 140 mesh metal screen, then check the ink scraper for damage, and finally start printing.
It should be pointed out that sometimes irregular ties of varying thickness may appear on printed products, and this type of tie should be overhauled from the beginning.
Another reason is that the plastic tie is worn on the roller of the paper receiving chain sleeve, causing the tie to tilt and cause paper loss.
As is well known, the motion of the winding chain on the guide rail is achieved by rotating the sleeve roller on the chain link pin shaft. When the plastic tie machine is used for a long time, the sleeve roller of the chain connecting the paper receiving bite row is worn due to heavy force, and the edges are relatively serious. This causes a change in the handover position when the paper receiving bite receives the paper, and sometimes the bite teeth cannot hold the paper, resulting in paper loss failure.
Troubleshooting: After repeated inspection, it was confirmed that the fault was caused by severe wear of the chain sleeve rollers. To achieve this, it is necessary to shut down the machine and replace the sleeve roller connecting the paper receiving teeth row.
